I craft small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolate right from my home kitchen in Flower Mound, TX. Every bar starts with carefully sourced cacao beans and is handcrafted into rich, flavorful chocolate with no shortcuts.
My goal is simple: to share chocolate that’s as pure, honest, and full of character as the people who enjoy it. You’ll find me at local farmers markets and pop-up events across Flower Mound and the DFW area — bringing you chocolate that’s made from scratch, one batch at a time.

Our cocoa beans are Direct Trade, Fair for Life, and Fair Trade Certified. Many are also certified organic, ensuring transparency, sustainability, and respect for farmers at every step.

Each bar is made from scratch in small 10lbs batches , allowing me to carefully roast, grind, and refine cacao for the best flavor in every bite.
